Gift Voucher Terms and Conditions

1. Purchased Gift Vouchers

These terms apply to gift vouchers paid for by a customer, whether purchased online, in-clinic, cash, Pay ID or by bank transfer.

1.1 Eligibility

• Ladies only. Treatments at Thai Professional Massage are provided to female clients only. Vouchers may only be redeemed by a female recipients.
• Vouchers are intended for personal use by the named recipient. While we do not strictly enforce the recipient’s name on the voucher, the eligibility requirement above applies regardless of who presents the voucher.

1.2 Validity and expiry

• Purchased vouchers are valid for three (3) years from the date of issue, in accordance with Australian state law on gift card expiry.
• The expiry date is printed on the voucher and stored against the unique voucher code.
• Vouchers cannot be extended past their printed expiry date.
• We recommend booking your treatment within six (6) months of receiving the voucher to make use of it while our pricing and service offering most closely matches the voucher’s value at issue.

1.3 Redemption

• The voucher code must be presented (digitally or in print) at the time of booking, or quoted when booking by phone.
• Vouchers can be applied towards any standard treatment we offer at the time of booking.
• Vouchers can be partially redeemed — if the treatment cost is less than the voucher value, the remaining balance stays on the voucher and can be used on a subsequent visit until the voucher’s expiry date.
• If the treatment cost exceeds the voucher value, the difference must be paid by the recipient at the time of treatment.
• Only one voucher may be applied per appointment unless we agree otherwise in advance.

1.4 Cash and refunds

• Vouchers are not redeemable for cash, in whole or in part.
• Vouchers are non-refundable to the purchaser once issued, except where required by Australian Consumer Law.
• This clause does not affect any rights you have under Australian Consumer Law in relation to services that are not supplied with reasonable care and skill, are unfit for purpose, or do not match their description.

1.5 Transfer

• Purchased vouchers are transferable to another eligible recipient (subject to the eligibility rules in section 1.1).
• We are not responsible for vouchers transferred to a recipient who does not meet the eligibility requirements; the voucher will not be redeemable in that case.

1.6 Lost or damaged vouchers

• Lost or damaged vouchers may be reissued at our discretion upon proof of purchase (purchase confirmation email, receipt, or transaction record).
• Reissued vouchers retain the original expiry date.
• We are not responsible for vouchers stolen or lost in transit.

1.7 Cancellation and rescheduling

• Standard appointment cancellation and rescheduling policies apply to voucher-redeemed bookings.
• If we cancel a confirmed appointment, the voucher value applied to that appointment will be returned to the voucher and remain available for use within the original expiry window.

2. Complimentary & Promotional Vouchers

These terms apply to vouchers that we have issued to you as a gift — for promotional purposes, and goodwill gestures. Complimentary vouchers carry no monetary value to the recipient, are subject to stricter terms than purchased vouchers, and are issued at our discretion.

2.1 Eligibility

• Ladies only. Treatments at Thai Professional Massage are provided to female clients only. Promotional vouchers may only be redeemed by a female recipient.
• Promotional vouchers are issued to a specific named recipient and are intended for that person’s personal use only.

2.2 Validity and expiry

• Promotional vouchers carry a short expiry — typically 90 days from issue. The exact expiry date is printed on the voucher.
• The expiry is firm and cannot be extended under any circumstances. This includes (but is not limited to) holidays, illness, scheduling conflicts, or forgotten redemption.
• Vouchers not redeemed by their expiry date are forfeited and cannot be reissued.

2.3 Redemption

• The voucher code must be presented at the time of booking.
• Bookings using a complimentary voucher are subject to availability — we recommend booking early in the validity window to secure your preferred time.
• Only one promotional voucher may be applied per appointment.
• Promotional vouchers cannot be combined with other promotional offers, discounts, or loyalty benefits.
• If the treatment cost exceeds the voucher value, the difference must be paid by the recipient at the time of treatment.
• Promotional vouchers are typically intended to be used in full on a single appointment. Partial redemption with carry-forward balance is not guaranteed and is at our discretion.

2.4 No cash value

• Promotional vouchers have no monetary value, are not redeemable for cash, and are not refundable in any form.
• If a treatment is cancelled by the recipient, the voucher value is not returned, refunded, or carried forward beyond the original expiry date.

2.5 Transfer

• Promotional vouchers are non-transferable. They may only be redeemed by the named recipient.

2.6 Withdrawal and amendment

• We reserve the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotional voucher campaign at any time, with or without notice.
• Vouchers already issued at the time of withdrawal will continue to be honoured under their original terms until expiry.
• We reserve the right to refuse redemption of any voucher reasonably believed to have been obtained fraudulently, copied, or transferred in breach of these terms.

3. General

• These terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia.
• Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer rights under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded.
• We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on our website at the time of voucher redemption applies.
